Truly the absolute BEST grooming experience I've ever had for any pet! Super nice people from the first phone call to walking in the door, and through the entire process! My shih tzu was groomed to my exact specifications, and she looked and smelled wonderful! Although I was not a regular customer, they squeezed my Katie in so she'd be spiffed for Christmas, so nice of them. Their grooming area has a glass window in its door, which I so appreciate. I lingered awhile since this was our first time there, then I looked through that window to check on my pooch. She was just fine! When I picked her up, she was so beautifully groomed, complete with red bows and a bandana, but most important is that she was calm and happy! Usually the hairbows from other groomers fall out in a day or two, but its been a week, and her bows are just as pretty as ever. Another note, her nails were trimmed and smoothed so well that I no longer get scratched, and her ear hairs were plucked out very well, something important for her since she is prone to ear infections. The shop is clean and inviting with several hand crafted items on sale for both doggie and Mommy. I love this shop and feel like I've found my dog grooming home! Thanks to all of you for such a stress free and happy experience! Now if I could just find a place like this for my cat...
